The Power of the Luteal Phase

During your Luteal Phase, women are more connected to their intuition. We are emotionally unclouded and everything we were able to push aside and avoid usually comes up during this time. A beautiful practice to start during this time to see what you’re dealing with is to start two lists:

  1. List of things that bring you joy
  2. List of things that bring up discomfort during this time

Even if you are not ready to work through the situation that is causing you emotional pain, being able to hold space for it is a reasonable first step to beginning to deal with it all.

Connecting to your cycle and living with it except against it. Nourishing your body the right way is deeply important during each phase, during the Luteal Phase is a time to do something you love and quiet down. Do strength training/ yoga/ pilates and implement seed cycling. During your Autumn you are called to eat more iron, zinc, and magnesium-rich foods, complex carbs, healthy fats, and leafy greens so make some root veggie stews.
