Eat like the Gilmore Girls
Food plays a big role in the Gilmore Girls world. It is emphasised multiple time that the girls eat an excessive amount, more than the men on the show. Food is also seen as Luke’s, as well as Sookie (independance inn and dragonfly inn’s chef) & Jackson’s (produce guy) love language which gives them this nurturing feeling to their role.
*Fun fact: Alexis Bledel (Rory) and Lauren Graham (Lorelai) both ate the food on set. They felt like it was ashamed to not eat all the food that was infront of them. And Alexis asked for coca cola to replace her coffee after season 1 from how much coffee she drank.
The most obvious choice to accompany any meal from the Gilmore Girls Universe is, Coffee!
